How to Highlight Image with Flect

Highlight-image

This tutorial will teach you how to use the highlight image feature of flect to highlight images on a website.

1. Right-click any image

Right-clicking the image brings up Chrome's context menu, then simply click Flect's 'highlight image', and the image will be automatically saved along with Flect's unique Traceback System.

Notification-card-and-success-effects

After clicking 'highlight image', you should see a notification card containing the image pop up in the upper right corner of the screen, and a brief success effect with a blue ring around the image itself.

2. Organize in Newtab/Sidebar

Newtab&SidebarUI

On the Newtab and Sidebar pages, you can easily find highlighted images on the homepage.

⚠️Notice

NewtabUI2

Please note that the Newtab interface defaults to collapsing cards with too many highlights; you need to unfold them here to display all highlights.

You can also organize them using a similar text highlighting method in Newtab—drag and drop them into the Folder & Tag list on the left, and the highlight will be automatically added.

ActionMenu

Of course, you can also use the action menu to add Note, Folders and tags.

3. Jump back to the original

Clicking on any highlighted image in the Newtab or Sidebar will immediately activate Flect's traceback system and jump back to the original - even if it shifted the position.
