Flect v1.0.2 Update
Hi everyone,
After days of intense iteration, Flect v1.0.2 is officially here! We’ve focused on precision and workflow efficiency in this update. Check out what’s new below:
1. Traceback System
Our first multi-page Traceback System is live. Simply click any highlight to instantly jump back to its precise location in the original text—even if the content has shifted on the page.
2. Enhanced Highlight Visual Clarity
Every highlight now features a distinct blue background, making it easier to scan and identify your saved insights at a glance.
3. Refined UI/UX
We’ve polished the New Tab and Popup interfaces for a sleeker look. The New Tab now features a new Sidebar, allowing you to filter and view highlights by their source cards with ease.
4. Note-taking
You can now add personal notes directly under each highlight to capture your thoughts in the moment.
5. Highlight Keyboard Shortcut
We’ve added customizable keyboard shortcuts so you can highlight text instantly without needing to click the floating button.
Remove
To improve Flect's simplicity and avoid feature overload, the following features have been removed in this version.
Daily Wisdom added in version 1.0.0
Image sharing added in version 1.0.0
